Payment of the price is made by bank card via a secure electronic system. By communicating their bank details, the customer accepts in advance and unconditionally that proceeds with the secure transaction and authorizes their bank in advance to debit their account for the amount of the service. After confirmation by the Customer of his request for a service and payment of the price, sends him, in return, by email only, a booking form summarizing the information related to the service. The customer is responsible for verifying the information contained in the booking voucher. If it is impossible for to send the reservation voucher by email, the reservation is presumed to comply with the customer’s request.

3 – PRICES sets the price of the service based in particular on the information provided by the Customer, flat rates take priority over transfers. The prices indicated in our tariffs include VAT at the rate set by the regulations in force for transport services (10% for transfers, 20% for provision), driver service, fuel and unlimited personal insurance. transported, the tolls are included in the transport. Parking fees are not included in the service. As part of a provision are not included the catering and hotel costs of the driver.

Methods of payment accepted: Cash, bank cards (Visa, MasterCard). Any transport service by transfer or provision is payable when ordering.


Any reservation implies the unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale. The customer and the service provider undertake to respect all the clauses mentioned in this contract. No modification may be made to the above conditions without prior agreement between the parties. This contract would be suspended or canceled ipso jure and without compensation of any kind in all recognized cases of force majeure (event external to such as disruption of traffic lanes, bad weather, demonstrations, accident, breakdown or malfunction of the telecommunication networks, shortage of labor or materials, etc. The contract is only deemed to have been concluded once payment for the order has been received. For flights, if you do not have checked baggage in the hold, the 15-minute wait included in the fare is generally sufficient. To avoid having to pay for a wait, we advise you to add a delay of 30 minutes.

A reservation can be canceled by the customer, before the pick-up time indicated in the reservation voucher, by e-mail only to
• 100% refund if the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the pick-up time.
• 50% refund if the cancellation occurs more than 12 hours before the pick-up time.
• 0% refund if the cancellation occurs less than 12 hours before the pick-up time.
Any modification of the contract during the performance of the service may lead to a readjustment of the
agreed price. The MY PARIS CAB company reserves the right to refuse these modifications.

Any delay of the passenger(s) in relation to the pick-up time indicated in the reservation voucher entails an increase in the price of the service, in the event that the customer notifies the driver by telephone on 07 71 60 85 80, as follows:
• More than 15 minutes late: 10 euros
• More than 30 minutes late: 25 euros
• For any additional half-hour delay: 25 euros
The payment of these increases occurs at the latest when the passenger(s) board the vehicle.
Any request for pick-up between 00:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. will be increased by 15 % (Night Shift).
In the event of the client’s absence from the meeting place, beyond the first 15 free minutes (30 minutes in Train stations and 1 hour at airports), without any manifestation on his part, or response to the driver’s phone calls, the service will be definitively lost, without the possibility of postponement and without being able to claim any reimbursement.

Transporting people for a fee is a regulated activity. Only authorized vehicles can perform this service and:
• Provided with a professional card number issued by the prefecture.

The customer is legally and criminally responsible for his actions.

The customer undertakes for himself and for the passengers for whom he has contracted with to behave like a good father from the moment of pick-up, in particular, by respecting the driver and the equipment of transport as well as the following provisions: • Compliance with the rules of the Highway Code (wearing a seat belt, car seat, booster seat, etc.), • Prohibition of smoking, eating and transporting dangerous materials. If necessary, your driver will make a stop on the way. • Prohibition to consume alcohol on board the vehicle, • Baggage is accepted and remains the customer’s responsibility. The company cannot be held responsible in the event of damage and/or loss of luggage or electronic device (telephone, tablet, etc.). • Any damage to the vehicle, due to the customer, will be entirely at his expense. • For all other damage leading to immobilization of the vehicle: – Actual billing + Immobilization costs + Loss of revenue on an average of the last 3 months. In the event of deterioration resulting in the cancellation of the following service, a fixed fee of €150.00 will be applied in addition, payable immediately by credit card… • Cleaning in case of vomit will be charged €150.00 including tax in addition to the service payable immediately by credit card. • Small pets are accepted, provided they are in a transport cage.
